Within Aerospace propulsion department, Safran Aircraft Engines (SAE) designs, develops, manufactures, and markets, either alone or in cooperation, engines for commercial and military aircraft, as well as rocket engines for launches and satellites. SAE also offers a complete range of services for aero engines to airlines, armed forces and to aircraft operators.

Production – Support to Air framer / Logistics
Description of the mission :
He/She is in charge of storage management (ingredients, tooling, spares, consumables…) and ensures spares and ingredients availability at any time
He/She is in charge of the material planning for the needs of production and apply the job order for the parts consumption.
He/She checks, prepares and records shipments and receipts (administrative, quantitative and qualitative aspects, invoicing), and keep up to date warehouse inventories
He/She guarantees the respect of storage rules (inventory, cleanliness, defined areas,…)
He/She manages deliveries of IPS and spare parts to the customer.
He/She manages the return of parts to Safran and to suppliers
In relation with SAE supply Chain, he/she supports tracking of shipments
He/She will manage the internal and external PI count, manage to explain and solve the gap if any.
He/She checks and follows the shared toolings with customers (all logistical tooling such as shipping stands)
Relations :
He/She reports to the QEC and Comac FAL Support Manager.
He/She is the key interface of potential logistics service provider (such as CEVA for example)
He/She is the interface with customer (COMAC) regarding the activities of IPS/spare parts delivery, NC parts return.
He/She is in relation with Quality, method and production in order to plan the material needed for the production of the right configuration
He/She is in relation with customs service for all parts movement out of the company.

Candidate profile:
You have gained work experience of engines, and you have acquired a good knowledge of logistics, customs and stock management.
You know how to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
You speak proficient English.
Through your past experiences, you have demonstrated: - dynamism - diligence - spirit of initiative - priority management - team spirit
Specificities of the mission:
The logistician will be in charge of setting up and defining the storage area used for the Support to COMAC on the LEAP-1C. He/She will answer to AirFramer requests within given time in order to lessen down time length. He will manage all storage (spares, ingredients, consumables…) to reach zero impact for the Customer and importation / exportation of all the parts in the same purpose.
Support activities will start in August 2017 at COMAC FAL.
